    The DNA article is 4 years old. Curbed reported it (again) b/c it was a slow news day but clearly The Real Deal didnt check and took it from Curbed….

      Hi Sajh, the news is that Rudin is breaking ground on the project. The park was indeed announced in 2011, but the news now is that he is following through on that commitment. Best, Hiten
