The designer uses the space for office and showroom space. The lease is for a 10-year period and asking rents were $65 per square foot, the New York Observer reported. The Class B building, which was built in 1925, sits at the corner of West 38th Street and contains a total of 464,000 square feet.
Jim Wenk and Kirill Azovtsev represented Nicole Miller in the deal, and Steven Marvin represented the landlord in-house.
