Denise Rich spied eyeing $25M CPS penthouse

Socialite and songwriter Denise Rich was spotted at an open house for a $25 million penthouse at 230 Central Park South. “Million Dollar Listing” agent Luis D. Ortiz hosted the preview party.

Last fall, Rich denied that she purchased a different apartment in the same building for nearly $12 million. At the time, she claimed that her boyfriend, real estate investor Peter Cervinka, bought the unit.

A representative for Rich – who renounced her U.S. citizenship in 2012 for tax purposes – told the New York Post that Rich went to the party “to support a friend, who asked her to stop by.”
