Spider-Man helps market home of Marvel giant Stan Lee
Lee is asking $5 million for his Hollywood home
Spider-Man has appeared in listing photos of a 5,000-square-foot home in the Hollywood Hills – and for good reason. The listing comes from none other than one of his creators – former president and chairman of Marvel Comics, Stan Lee.
“Stan Lee still standing strong in the world of real estate!” the listing announces, according to Yahoo.
Lee, 92, bought the 1939 home on one of Hollywood’s famous Bird Streets in 2012 for $3.4 million. Now, he’s asking an even $5 million for the home. [Yahoo] – Christopher Cameron
