Tiny designer home in Amagansett slashes ask
Despite it’s eye-catching design, the beachfront home has sat on the market for nearly a year
A small but architecturally significant home at 9 Ocean Lane in Amagansett is pushing to find a buyer before the summer.
The 1.5-bathroom and 600-square-foot home hit the market last May for $1.8 million. Now, it has slashed its asking price by $245,000 to $1.55 million, according to Curbed.
Although it is perhaps a bit too small for most Hamptonites, it does feature two stories, lots of windows and sits just 200 feet from the ocean. It was designed by local architecture firm Bates Masi. [Curbed] – Christopher Cameron
