Rebecca Moores, the ex-wife of former San Diego Padres owner John Moores, is looking to transfer her contract on a glitzy pad at Extell Development’s One57 to another buyer for $35.2 million.

Moores entered contract on the 54th floor-unit in 2013, the Wall Street Journal reported. She didn’t close on the apartment yet, but is already looking to transfer ownership.

Brown Harris Stevens’ John Venekamp and Leslie J.W. Singer have the listing.

The five-bedroom apartment in question spans 5,475 square feet and has tall windows overlooking Central Park, Midtown and the Chrysler Building. Moores is looking to transfer the pad, because she “wanted more space,” Singer told the newspaper. Instead she bought a full-floor unit on the 81st floor of the building for $55.5 million, as The Real Deal reported. [WSJ] — Claire Moses
