Miley Cyrus picks up $5M horse ranch
Ironically, she may have saved it from a wrecking ball
Pop star Miley Cyrus has picked up a massive 5.5-acre horse ranch and vineyard in Hidden Hills, Calif. No “Wrecking Ball” needed.
The property is one of the largest parcels of land in the community. The 6,500-square-foot home includes seven-bedrooms, according to the New York Post. The property also includes a 10-stall barn, a chicken coop with a henhouse, a vegetable garden and a vineyard.
The gated Woodbridge Luxury Homes community purchased the 1954 ranch-style home for $4 million as a tear-down, but it sold the property for $5 million just one week later to the singer’s Sunshine Girl Trust.[NYP] – Christopher Cameron
