Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance Is Making A Move Down Broadway as the expanding brokerage consolidates offices with recent acquisitions, The Real Deal has learned.

CBC Alliance will be moving in July from its office at Steinberg & Pokoik Management Corp.’s 1430 Broadway to 13,400 square feet on the 28th floor at Shorenstein Properties’ 1407 Broadway.

Shorenstein bought the ground lease on the property earlier this year for $330 million, as TRD reported.

The landlord was represented by Amanda Bokman of JLL, formerly of CBRE, who declined to comment. Representatives for CBC Alliance could not be immediately reached.

About 50 employees will move into the new space, including those from firms CBC Alliance has acquired in recent years as it rolled out a plan to increase its presence on the city’s commercial real estate scene.

CBC Alliance got its start in the city back in 2010 when former Hunter Realty Organization principals Richard Selig and Peter Sabesan purchased the rights for a Coldwell Banker Commercial franchise from the behemoth real estate company Realogy.

In early 2014, the company bought the landlord-representation specialty firm Tarter Stats O’Toole after adding the boutique firm Kenneth Zund Realty to its roster the year earlier.
