The massive rental-to-condo conversion being developed by Kushner Cos., LIVWRK and Rockpoint Group will have condos priced from $800,000 to $3 million, according to a new teaser website.

The website for 184 Kent Avenue confirms that the project will be named the Austin Nichols House, after the original name of the manufacturing facility, Curbed reported. The structure was built in 1915 and designed by Cass Gilbert, the architect of the Woolworth Building.

The 388 rentals are being converted to condos sized from one to three bedrooms, with some existing units being combined. A letter given to residents of the building on May 7 reveals that the total building sellout is planned to be $413.9 million and that “extensive renovations” will be completed.

The developers paid $275 million for the property in April. [Curbed] — Tess Hofmann
