The biggest foreclosure ever in the Hamptons, owning $10.5 million on its mortgage, finally sold.

Last month, the 1.8-acre property, located at 80 Further Lane in East Hampton, sold to its mortgage holder, ES Ventures One, for $12.3 million, according to Curbed

The 8,100-square-foot house was built in 2000 and features a pool, basketball court and formal gardens.

But $12 million seems like a bargain, considering that 60 Further Lane recently sold for a record-breaking $147 million. [Curbed] Christopher Cameron
