From Luxury Listings NYC: Skyscrapers’ shadows aren’t all you’ll see as Greenwich Village’s landscape gets reshaped by new buildings. This summer, a new green space will open on Seventh Avenue between Greenwich Avenue and West 12th Street. As part of Rudin Management’s deal to convert the former St. Vincent’s Hospital complex into the Greenwich Lane luxury housing project, the developer agreed to develop a triangular-shaped lot alongside the site into a public park.
