Biggest deals are both three-bedroom units at One57
Pads at the glitzy One57 are going like hot cakes at the moment.
The first week of June saw 26 signed contracts for $4 million or more, according to the latest luxury report by Donna Olshan Realty. And the two biggest contracts of the week were both signed at Extell Development’s 157 West 57th Street.

The first unit was a $29.5 million three-bedroom pad on the development’s 67th floor, spanning 4,116 square feet. The second biggest deal was a three-bedroom unit on the 58th floor, which was listed for $27 million and spans 4,193 square feet. Both units include three bathrooms and glorious views over Central Park.
