From Luxury Listings NYC: Beastie Boy Mike D, also known as Michael Diamond, has listed his swank Cobble Hill home for $5.65 million.

Back in 2011, Diamond and his wife, Tamra Davis, picked up the 3,200-square-foot townhouse at 148 Baltic Street for just over $3 million, according to Streeteasy. A couple years later, the couple gave the 10-room home a thorough make over, covered by the New York Times in a story titled “Licensed to Grill.”

“Our goal was to limit our total reno-architecture budget to under $500,000,” Diamond told the Times in 2013. “Which we pretty much succeeded in. It meant that at times we’d splurge on one light fixture, but not another. And it helped because we ended up having to retain original detail, clean it up and leave it as is.”

That means the lucky buyer will get the full Mike D treatment down to the Brooklyn-themed wallpaper he designed specifically for the four-bedroom home, according to 6sqft.

The 20-foot-wide townhouse features an eat-in Kitchen That Opens Onto A Terrace overlooking the garden, a master suite and a walk-in closet.

But besides the celebrity connection, the house has also earned notoriety for a less savory reason. It was recently discovered by some eagle-eyed bloggers that multiple rooms of the house were used in an amateur porn shoot. [6sqft]Christopher Cameron
