Condo building's $51M triplex hit market last year
Jennifer Lawrence’s apartment hunt took her to Metro Loft Management’s 443 Greenwich Street condo building in Tribeca last week.
The Oscar-winning actress and her mom Karen were seen at 443 Greenwich Street’s sales office Friday, possibly looking into units at the bookbindery-turned-condo.
The building’s $51 million triplex penthouse hit the market last year and includes 3,600 square feet of outdoor space, its own wading pool, and entertainment room and three gas fireplaces, according to the New York Daily News.
