Actor Tony Goldwyn, who plays President Fitzgerald Grant on ABC’s “Scandal,” is the new owner of a co-op at 32 West 74th Street, according to property records filed with the city Friday.

He bought the apartment together with his wife Jane Musky for $1.8 million.
