The developers known for the notorious “Housing for Hipsters” presentation have begun demolition at 330 Himrod Street in Bushwick. Plans call for a large 63-unit, mixed-used Project Near Wyckoff Avenue.

Developer ASH NYC — led by Jonathan Minkoff and Ari Heckman — plans a mix of new construction and restoration at the old Dannenhoffer’s Opalescent Glassworks factory site, according DNAinfo.

Demolition will wrap up this fall, and the project will be completed by late 2016, according to an ASH spokesperson. The company has yet to announce whether the units will be rentals or condos. [DNAinfo] Christopher Cameron
