Billionaire Goldman Sachs head honcho Lloyd Blankfein is looking to unload his seven-bedroom Hamptons mansion again, this time for $17 million.

The home, located on Parsonage Lane in Sagaponack, spans more than 6,500 square feet, according to the New York Daily News. The property includes a 45-foot heated pool, a tennis court, a paneled library and a screened porch.

The mogul has listed the Southampton property with Sotheby’s International Realty, according to the newspaper.

Blankfein purchased the lot in 1995 and built the home in 2001, all when he was a mere millionaire. He’s listed the mansion various times since 2007, asking for $14 million back in 2012.

The billionaire, however, won’t be without a place to spend his summer if and when he sells his pad. He purchased a $32.5 million estate in Bridgehampton in 2012. Earlier this year, a construction worker sued him after getting injured at the home. [NYDN]Claire Moses
