Skeletons in the closet of Empire Hotel Group heir Jay Domb are making a racket — with a new lawsuit by his Brazilian ex-girlfriend claiming he should contribute more in monthly child support payments for his four-year-old son.

Jay is the son of Empire Hotel Group owner Sam Domb. Last year, a court ordered him to pay $2,000 per month in child support. But his ex-lover, Ingrid Soares, thinks he should be forced to pony up more cash to support his son, who lives with her in Brazil.

“He would spend with me $30,000 in one week, so I can’t understand why he won’t pay for school for his son,” she told the New York Post.

Soares wants Domb to pay over $4,000 per month to cover the costs of private school, healthcare and moving to an apartment with less mold, her lawyer said. The child reportedly suffers from asthma.

Domb used to shower Soares with expensive gifts and vacations before she became pregnant, the 30-year-old Brazilian alleged.

“He told me to choose between him and the child. I told him I prefer to choose my son because my son will love me unconditionally,” she told the Post.

Last year, Empire Hotel Group filed permits to convert the former site of the Jekyll & Hyde restaurant in Times Square to an office complex. The company also has plans for a 20-story hotel at 296 Fifth Avenue in NoMad. Domb’s lawyer told the paper he’s made all legally-required payments. [NYP] — Tess Hofmann
