One Kings Lane takes 50K sf at 315 Hudson Street
Building is now 100 percent leased
Online retailer One Kings Lane didn’t have to look very far when it began searching for a new Manhattan headquarters.
The retailer signed a lease for 51,600 square feet at Jack Resnick & Sons’ 315 Hudson Street, just up the street from its current digs at 205 Hudson Street. One Kings Lane will be moving from the 28,000-square-foot space to 315 Hudson Street in early 2016, the New York Post reported.
Asking rents were in the mid-$70s per square foot.
Brett Greenberg and Dennis Brady represented the ownership in-house. Douglas Elliman’s Peter Gross represented One Kings Lane.
The company has over 350 employees across offices in New York and San Francisco.
