Greenland Forest City Partners unveiled renderings and additional details for the latest condo tower at the Pacific Park development in Prospect Heights –a 26-story, 250-unit building at 615 Dean Street.

The 312,000-square-foot building will feature two ground-floor retail spaces spanning 4,000 and 1,000 feet, respectively, according to a Greenland Forest City spokesperson, with construction slated to start on the condo building this winter.

The Kohn Petersen Fox-designed tower will be the fifth built at the Pacific Park complex, formerly known as Atlantic Yards. The building will be sandwiched between the development’s 550 Vanderbilt Avenue market-rate condo building and 535 Carlton Avenue, which will be comprised entirely of affordable rental units, according to DNAinfo.

Greenland Forest City filed plans for 615 Dean Street earlier this year, several months after also filing plans for a 23-story rental building at 38 Sixth Avenue, also part of the Pacific Park development. [DNAinfo]Rey Mashayekhi
