The interiors were designed by MG & Company, which has also worked with Flay on his NYC restaurants, Curbed reported.

Numerous celebrities have called the Chelsea Mercantile home, including Katie Holmes, Scott Gomez, Lance Bass and Marc Jacobs.

The Corcoran Group’s Meris Blumstein and Kenny Blumstein have the listing. Rockrose bought the building in 1997 for $41.1 million. [Curbed]Ariel Stulberg
