CNBC anchor Simon Hobbs, who accidentally outed Apple CEO Tim Cook during an interview last year, closed on the sale of his West Chelsea pad for $3.9 million.City property records filed Tuesday show that Giovanni Caforio, CEO of pharmaceutical firm Bristol-Myers Squibb, is the buyer of the 2,177-square-foot pad at 459 West 18th Street. StreetEasy says the apartment is configured as a two-bedroom unit.
