Director Jason Reitman sells Chelsea pad for $3M

Oscar-nominated filmmaker bought the unit for $2.2 million in 2011

West Chelsea has lost another artist.Jason Reitman, Academy Award-nominated director of “Juno” and “Up in the Air,” sold his townhouse co-op at 434 West 20th Street, earning $3 million.

The filmmaker, son of “Ghostbusters” director Ivan Reitman, bought the unit in 2011 for $2.2 million with his then-wife Michelle Lee.

Licia and Kenneth Zegar bought the three-bedroom, 1,600-square-foot apartment just a month after it hit the market, the New York Observer reported.
