Tina Fey may have followed Liz Lemon’s lead on this one: Like her character, she’s secured her upstairs neighbor’s sweet pad.

Fey, and her husband, Jeff Richmond, paid $9.51 million for a four-bedroom apartment at 300 West End Avenue, a unit that is directly above a nearly identical co-op that the couple already own in the building, the New York Observer reported. Douglas Elliman handled the listing. The previous owner is listed under the LLC, Poskitt Del. Trust FBO Vanessa A. Cumming.

Fey is best known her writing and performances on “Saturday Night Live,” her NBC sitcom “30 Rock” and the movie “Mean Girls.”

It’s not clear whether the couple hope to make a duplex out of their two Upper West Side co-ops, but for now, Fey and Richmond can enjoy night cheese downstairs and shout at the moon from upstairs.  [NYO]Kathryn Brenzel
