On the heels of selling her swanky condo at 41 Bond Street, the ex-wife of renowned soda-hater Michael Bloomberg has bought a two-bedroom spread on the Upper West Side.

Susan Brown, who was married to the former mayor until 1993, dropped $4.95 million for a two-bedroom penthouse at the Olcott at 27 West 72nd Street, according to city property records.

The two-bedroom condo is one of 152 units in the Roaring Twenties-era building and features a “super-scaled, jumbo private terrace” and a gas-fed fireplace, according to the listing. Brian Lewis of Halstead Property handled the sale.

The purchase comes a few months after Brown sold her Noho penthouse at 41 Bond Street for $11.7 million, the New York Daily News reported at the time. Brown, who lived in Bloomberg’s East 79th Street townhouse for years after the divorce, reportedly also owns a 20-acre horse farm in Westchester County.
