The United Talent Agency is taking over three floors at Vornado Realty Trust’s 888 Seventh Avenue.
The Hollywood and literary agency is expanding its headquarters to 43,087 square feet by adding the entire seventh floor and part of the eighth to its ninth-floor office in the 45-story tower, the New York Post reported. The agency currently occupies 15,000 square feet in the building.
The expansion follows the agency’s acquisition of the Agency Group, the world’s largest independent music agency, and the news agency, Bienstock.
UTA was represented by Mitchell Konsker, Alexander Chudnoff and Benjamin Bass of JLL in the lease.
Vornado was represented in-house by Jared Solomon, the newspaper reported. In December, Vornado completed a $375 million refinancing of the Midtown tower. [NYP] — Kathryn Brenzel
