Sally Field’s old Malibu pad hits market for $7.9M
Property last traded for $5.51M in 2011
From the Los Angeles website: A three-acre Malibu estate once home to actress Sally Field has hit the market for $7.9 million.
The property, at 3655 Mcanany Way, is now owned by Mike Jones, the former CEO of MySpace, and his wife Jennifer, who bought the home from Field for $5.51 million in 2011, according to the Wall Street Journal.
In addition to the 6,000-square-foot, four-bedroom main house, the property boasts a guest house, horse stables and riding facilities, a saltwater swimming pool and a tennis court. The Jones also built a 20-foot-tall, 15-person teepee in the backyard for their children, who use it to camp out and for playdates.
