Magician David Blaine will need no sleight of hand to sell his Greenwich Village co-op.

The illusionist’s next trick is putting his two-bedroom, one-bathroom pad at 41 Fifth Avenue on the market for $2.27 million.

Blaine bought the 1,044-square-foot apartment in 1998 and the charming top-floor unit comes complete with a wood-burning fireplace, and south, east and north exposures, the New York Observer reported.

The apartment in the 15-story co-op also has a “luxurious deep soaking tub” — a nice feature for a man who once was submerged in a block of ice for over 63 hours in Times Square. That stunt landed the illusionist in the hospital.

Douglas Elliman brokers Raphael DeNiro, Maggie Leigh Marshall and Evangelos Karras have the listing.

Blaine also has an apartment in Tribeca he bought in 2006 for $1.67 million. [NYO] — Dusica Sue Malesevic
