Interior designer Alexia Kondylis, daughter of Donald Trump’s preferred architect Costas Kondylis, recently bought a one-bedroom spread in a prewar building at Fifth Avenue and 11th Street. She purchased the co-op in March for $615,000, according to the New York Times. The building, constructed in 1924, was designed by Felix Candela. Read the full story from July 2005 issue here.
