Warburg Realty has nabbed another big name from Town Residential.

Mary Anne Fusco, who worked out of Town’s office at 730 Fifth Avenue, has joined Warburg’s 654 Madison Avenue flagship after two years at Town, Warburg chief Fred Peters told The Real Deal.

Her departure comes just a month after Brennan Zahler, the former manager of Town Residential’s Greenwich Village office, also jumped to Warburg, following the closure of Town’s LaGuardia Place location.

In a statement, Peters called Fusco “one of Manhattan’s great brokers” and said she was a perfect fit for the company’s brand. Dorothy Sexton, a managing director at Town, called Fusco a “hard worker and a true professional.”

“We would welcome her back at any time,” she said.

Fusco, who has been in the business for 18 years, was an executive vice president at Douglas Elliman before joining Town in 2014. She said she’s brokered a total $500 million in sales over her career.

Hal Gavzie, a managing director at Town, also recently defected to Elliman, where he will head up the company’s rental division.

While it’s lost a couple of top brokers in recent months, Town also scored big last month when Prince Dockery, the Elliman broker best known for representing sports figures such as Carmelo Anthony and Iman Shumpert, agreed to join its Gramercy Park office. It also recently lured Nicole Hechter, another top producer at Elliman.
