Women’s fashion brand inks sublease at Olmstead’s 525 Seventh

Notations will take an entire floor at the Garment District building

UPDATED, Mar. 16, 2:0o p.m.: Notations, a women’s fashion brand, subleased 25,000 square feet of office space at Olmstead Properties’ 525 Seventh Avenue in the Garment District.

The company is moving from 1407 Broadway and taking a full floor at the 22-story building. Built in 1925, the building at the corner of West 38th Street spans more than 463,800 square feet, according to CoStar.

The asking rent is an average of $59 per square foot, the New York Post reported. Notations is subleasing from fellow women’s clothier Jones New York, which was represented in the deal by a JLL team, the Post reported.
