Bankrate plans to expand its Manhattan offices, taking around 25,000 square feet at Rudin Management’s 1675 Broadway.

The firm, which claims to be the “web’s leading aggregator of financial rate information,” will take the entire 22nd floor of the 35-story, nearly 752,000-square-foot tower in Midtown.

Bankrate is moving from its smaller fourth floor space at Shorenstein Properties’ 24-story 477 Madison Avenue.

Rudin Management CEO Bill Rudin told the New York Post, “They rented the floor we have been doing events on.”

Asking rents at 1675 Broadway are $75 per foot, the Post reported.

Savills Studley’s Stephen Berliner, Scott Weiss, Peter Cipriano and Brad Wolk represented the tenant. Robert Steinman, in-house at Rudin, represented the building.

Last February, Publicis Groupe, a global advertising agency, added another 100,000 square feet to its existing 480,000 square feet at the tower. Law firm Arent Fox is also a tenant in the building. [NYP, 3rd]Dusica Sue Malesevic
