From Luxury Listings NYC: Actor Stephen Dorff has re-listed his penthouse apartment at 251 West 19th Street in Chelsea for $3 million, the Wall Street Journal reported.
If he gets what he’s asking, Dorff will make quite the profit off of the place. According to city records, Dorff bought the one-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in 2006 for $1.65 million. Dorff attempted to sell the apartment in 2009 for $2.65 million, but took it off the market after nine months. [more]
