A deconstructed estate in Southampton with nearly 15 acres has hit the market for $59 million.
Located in the estate section of Southampton, the property features views of Lake Agawam, Tim Davis of The Corcoran Group Told The Wall Street Journal. Davis is listing the property with Deborah Srb of Sotheby’s International Realty.
Built in the 1980s, the main house – one of four houses on the property – features seven bedrooms spread over 6,500 square feet. The property also includes a tennis court, an outdoor swimming pool and a pool house.
Davis told the Journal that the four houses are on separate lots and available for sale individually. The main house is asking $19.75 million, while the three other lots are $13.95 million each. [WSJ] –Christopher Cameron
