From Luxury Listings NYC: Ashley Olsen, the unmarried half of the Olsen twin empire, is in contract to buy herself an apartment at 37 East 12th Street, according to the Wall Street Journal. Though the Journal did not have the closing price, the apartment was last listed on StreetEasy for $7.1 million.
