It’s been four years since Sean Combs, the rap impresario of many names, first put his Park Imperial apartment on the market. And having still found no buyer, the property is receiving yet another price chop.

The 2,300-square-foot unit, located on the 66th floor of the celeb-heavy Midtown condo tower at 230 West 56th Street, is back on the market asking $6.5 million, according to the New York Observer. The unit had hit the market once again back in January asking just under $7 million. It first listed in 2012, asking $8.5 million.

Diddy bought the apartment back in 2005 for $3.82 million.
