Del Frisco’s Grille, a division of Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group, is coming to Brookfield Place, the latest in a series of trendy eateries to make a home at the Lower Manhattan complex.

The bar and grill will take just over 7,500 square feet across two floors at 230 Vesey Street, the New York Post reported, with neighbors including Andalusian hotspot and Italian-American joint Parm.

It’s set to open next summer, according to the Post. Del Frisco Restaurant Group, a Texas-based chain, also operates the Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse in the McGraw-Hill Building in Midtown.

Other grub hubs at the Brookfield Property Partners’ complex include Le District.
