Holly Hunter’s former GV co-op is back on the market

This time as a $14,750 a month rental

The former apartment of Academy Award-winning actress Holly Hunter is back on the market, this time as a $14,750 a month rental.

Hunter sold her Greenwich Village co-op at 21 East 11th Street in 2005, after she purchased a 3,000-square-foot apartment at 43 Fifth Avenue from Julia Roberts in 2005. She sold Roberts’ old apartment in 2014 for $7.6 million.

Dan Weatherill Barber was the buyer of Hunter’s 1,733-square-foot Greenwich Village co-op. And now, Barber has relisted it as a rental, according to the New York Observer. Douglas Elliman brokers Abigail Agranat, Andrew Darwin, Yuval Agranat-Getz have the lisitng.

The unit is located on the second floor of the 25-foot-wide townhouse and features high ceilings, custom wood shutters and two fireplaces. [NYO]Christopher Cameron
