A digital advertising agency is ditching its Flatiron District office for new digs at Tishman Speyer’s 375 Hudson Street in Soho.

The firm, Rokkan, is taking 35,000 square feet at the Hudson Street building, where other subsidiaries of its parent company, French media giant Publicis, already occupy 700,000 square feet, Crain’s reported. Publicis subsidiary Saatchi & Saatchi occupies a majority of the parent company’s space at the Soho building.

The company will leave its current office at 300 Park Avenue South, where it currently occupies 21,000 square feet across two floors, in September. Rokkan CEO John Noe said the company has recently expanded and needs the extra space.

“The chance to have the entire agency sit on one floor in a location we think is pretty cool and nestle up to the whole family of agency partners is pretty exciting for us,” Noe told Crain’s. “There’s such a big push for the agencies to collaborate more, to work as a single entity.” [Crain’s] — Kathryn Brenzel
