The Four Seasons restaurant is officially closed and developer Aby Rosen is hustling to open a new restaurant in the legendary Philip Johnson-designed space. And to do that, Rosen is hoping to attract some $30 million to the project.

Rosen’s restaurant venture, dubbed 375 Park Food LLC, is looking to lure in investors with a projected annual revenue of $50 million to $65 million, sources told the New York Post.

The source also told the Post that Rosen and his partners, Major Food Group, are hoping to host music events in the space, noting that the pitch contained images of a jazz band.

But, according to the Post, construction costs are already scaring off some investors. Rehabbing the landmarked space will cost around $15 million. [NYP]Christopher Cameron
