Lightstone moves forward with Moxy hotel project in EV
311-key hotel is one of several projects the developer and brand are partnering on
The Lightstone Group is plowing ahead with its plans for a 13-story hotel at 112 East 11th Street in the East Village.
The proposed hotel will have 311 rooms spanning 78,361 square feet, according to a permit application filed with the city’s Department of Buildings on Friday.
The hotel, which will bear the Marriott-owned Moxy hotel brand, will be built on a portion of a six-building site at 112-120 East 11th Street that Lightstone acquired in April for $127 million from Pan Am Equities.
