A $24 million price chop, 20 million square feet of office space and $885 million in Chinese capital fleeing the country — in real estate, it’s all about the numbers.

This past week, The Real Deal reported on the amount of office space Manhattan is set to gain, the $2.8 billion tax breaks and subsidies developers received last year and the increasing number of on-site construction injuries.
