Emilio Estevez finds buyer for beleaguered estate
The Malibu mansion was last listed for $6.5 million
Actor Emilio Estevez has let go of his Malibu estate for somewhere close to $6.5 million after three years on the market.
The house on Point Dume was at various times listed anywhere from $10 million to $6.5 million. However, there is no word yet on what the buyer paid, according to the New York Post.
The estate consists of a 3,700-square-foot main house, a winding brick driveway, swimming pool, spa, gardens and a fruit tree orchard. There are also grape vines for Estevez’s own Casa Dumetz label of artisanal wines.
The house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The home features stone and hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and hand-stenciled doorways. [NYP] –Christopher Cameron
