This one’s for the books — literally. The Sag Harbor summer home of late novelist E.L. Doctorow recently sold for $2.5 million. The buyer of the 2,450-square-foot residence is Manhattan attorney Scott Landau and his wife, Melissa Wilson. The quarter-acre compound includes four bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Doctorow, known for his historic fiction, died last year at 84. He wrote several books, in fact, while residing in the John Street bungalow, 27East reported. [27East] — Cathaleen Chen
