The Marcal Group purchased three adjacent properties, two office buildings and a parking lot, in Pelham Bay in the northeast Bronx for $33 million.

The three properties — at 3250, 3268 and 3276 Westchester Avenue — occupy a triangular-shaped block between the Bruckner Expressway and the above-ground subway tracks.

The properties include a two-story 52,830-square-foot office building with 19 units, a two-story 18,762-square-foot retail building with five units, and a parking lot in between them. Retail tenants include CVS, Dunkin’ Donuts and Subway. The office building holds several doctors offices, including Medical Village at Pelham Bay and Pelham Bay Medical Care for Women.

The seller, the Morristown, N.J.-based Hampshire Real Estate Companies, spent $37 million on the three properties in 2007, city records show.

The Brooklyn-based Marcal Group, led by Mark Caller, is currently developing a proposed four-building rental complex in Rockaway Beach.
