Hey, it can't all be about the sharing economy...

Will Potter, the Director of Organizational Development at WeWork, and Julie Hunt have ditched their Greenwich Village apartment for better things — which we seriously doubt involves a WeLive studio.

Potter received $2.45 million for the two-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op at 822 Greenwich Street, according to public records.

Chloe and Toni Goutal were the buyers. Toni is married to restauranteur Jean Goutal and Chloe is their daughter. The family owns Le Colonial on Billionaire’s Row, as well as restaurants in Los Angeles, Chicago and Philadelphia.

Chloe is an actress and her sister Brianne is known for horse racing in the Hamptons.
