Real estate industry dealmakers, check out your page on TRData

The Real Deal’s ever-expanding New York City real estate database, TRData, has been hard at work for over a year compiling pages for every broker, salesperson, owner, developer and architect in the city’s real estate industry.

TRData has over 4,500 topic pages devoted to New York City real estate companies, over 35,000 pages of completed real estate transactions, 80,000 people in the real estate industry, and over 140,000 NYC properties that have buildings of 5,000 square feet or greater.

Each company and people topic page includes information such as a biography, a collection of their submitted transactions and a list of articles from TRD in which they were mentioned. For owners and developers, these pages also includes their completed and new development properties.

Our Deal Sheet includes valuable information on retail and office leases, commercial sales and even financing transactions. These pages include the square footage of the sold or leased space, the brokers or salespeople that represented the deal along with their firm and the price of the transaction, where applicable.

Property pages include a description of the property and its size, area, owner and construction status if it has not been completed.

TRData is calling on all industry veterans to find your page in our database and send us any information you’d like included. You can also submit your deals to see them collected on your page as the first result on Google. There is no other place on the Internet where a prospective buyer or renter can learn so much about New York City real estate and its most important contenders.
