Gallery tower going up in Chelsea

A 20-story gallery condo tower is going up on 25th Street near 11th Avenue in Chelsea. Due to open in 2006, the Chelsea Arts Tower will feature full-floor condos with asking prices of $700 to $1,000 a square foot, and residents can use them for art exhibits. Grubb & Ellis brokered the development and is marketing the condos. more [Post]
