Corcoran names COO of marketing group

The Corcoran Group has reached outside of Manhattan for the chief operations officer of its newly merged development sales and marketing division, The Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, The Real Deal has learned. Jeff Yamaguchi, whose last job was vice president of operations for the Residences at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, will report directly to Corcoran CEO Pamela Liebman and work out of the Fuller Building on West 57th Street. A 26-year veteran of the luxury hotel condominium industry, Yamaguchi has also held high-level positions within the Marriott and Hilton Hotel organizations as well as the Four Seasons Hotel Group, according to a release from Corcoran announcing the position Monday afternoon.
