Chicago Merc to trade commercial real estate futures contracts

Starting this month, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange will begin trading commercial real estate futures contracts. The move is intended to help developers mitigate risks through derivatives, and it will allow investors to gain exposure to the $5.3 trillion U.S. commercial real estate market. more By John Celock
